Blackberry smoothie

Because we are still in the blackberry season, here is one great smoothie recipe. Mix frozen blackberries with fresh blackberries and one banana and mash them in one blender. You can eat drink it like this or, if you want it to be more dense, you might add nuts, cashew or almonds. Do not forget to add one superfood (maca, lucuma or msm) or a cup of protein powder, if you need a protein shake. Add filtered water or coconut water in order to make it more fluid. Enjoy!~...

Chia and Blackberry pudding

As I announced you last Friday, we continue talking about new types of chia pudding which I adore. Today I give you a mix of chia with blackberry, which looks amazing, as you can see. This is just my inspiration for the moment, but you can play with any other fruits you want, as long as you respect some basic indications, good for digestion. Try to use just one type of fruit, either acids or sweets, because combined they make the digestion difficult (it depends really on each organisms). Therefore, when you try new mixes, analyze how you feel afterwards. There is no recipe that works well for everybody. Chia pudding (you can find the recipe here) is mixed with blackberry...

My dears, Unfortunately, there are just a few days left until we say goodbye to summer. It’s true, fall has its beauty, but summer, at least for me, means warn, holiday, fluid outfits, details that I love. How was summer for me? Restless. I have enjoyed just a few full days at the beach, in Turkey, with my kids and my friends. Otherwise, many weekends when I mixed work with the pleasure of visiting new places and beautiful people. Inconvenience? I had it, but I prefer not talking about this in order not to loose the positive energy. I have nice memories, after all, and the most precious ones are linked to our special moments, places and persons in our lives....

THE WHITE SHIRT

Recently I did some shopping and I saw in H&M store this oversized white shirt. I liked it very much and I said I should do an outfit. So here it is! I find the white shirt perfect for an androgynous look, minimalist. But… pay attention, we don’t have to torn into men. We need to do a perfect balance, and through this we demonstrate that style is under control. I would start by saying that is not recommended to wear the white shirt with a pair of leggings, it’s not stylish at all. As for size, do not overdo it!
