Astfel, am pregatit astazi 2 retete rapide si sanatoase in ambele variante. Eu bineinteles ca am pregatit partea dulce, pentru ca sunt mare fana, iar Alina s-a ocupat de salata gustoasa. Partea buna la cele doua retete este ca nu trebuie sa stai mult timp în bucatarie si beneficiezi de nutrienti din plin.

Thus, today we prepared two quick and healthy recipes. I have prepared the sweet course, because I am a big fan and Alina made a tasty salad. The good part is that you won’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen, but you’ll get the most nutrients.
For the fruit salad recipe you’ll need:
Avocado
Bananas
Apples
Pomegranate

Lime / lemon to provide additional taste (you can also use ginger)
Oregano (for decoration)
Thus, you have a two handy recipes, easy to prepare, based on avocado, which is the main animal protein replacement. Also, hemp seeds are a rich source of protein, so you can use them with confidence.

Here’s a list of foods that you can use if you’re vegan that goes to the gym and your body needs a high protein intake: mushrooms, lentil, peas, chickpeas, beans, soy, nuts, cashew, almonds, peanuts, pistachio, brazil nuts, macadamia, Flaxseed, chia, sesame, hemp, flour from all these seeds, cold-pressed oils and of course, avocado.
