5 natural masks for a damage hair

I was telling you, in a Facebook live session, about my regenerative masks for damaged hair. After 2 recent dyeing sessions, my hair and scalp need to be hydration. Every week, I try to do at least one treatment, sometimes at the salon, sometimes at home, but a week won’t pass without doing something. Even before, when I didn’t have such damaged hair, I didn’t neglect the treatments, but didn’t do it so often. In todays video, I choose a mask designed by Vegis exactly for damaged hair. I used to buy separate oils and combine them as best as I could and knew. I find it very interesting that they just sell them as a package and teach you how...

Why you need to book a ticket to Panama

After my Panama vacation, I received lots of questions on Facebook and promised I’ll do a post about my recent beautiful experience in this country and about my first trip there also. That was last year, in 2015. If Panama is on your travel list, hope this tips will help.As a first tip, it would be ideal if you visit the country at the end of May - beginning of June, for two reasons. Plane tickets are cheaper, from Bucharest with Turkish Airlines it is about 480 euro and with KLM 520 euros, and you avoid the rain season also. True, it is quite awesome to go during winter holidays but the tickets are quite expensive. Also, I recommend you rent...

Why I chose to be a blogger

Three years ago I didn’t know anything about blogging and I still have more to learn. I knew that I was reading fashion mags & books for pure pleasure, strolling the streets & window shopping, I had a luggage full of make up, even though I didn’t know how to use them properly.  Still, I loved their colours, packages, fragrances & the feeling that they gave me when I was buying them. In time, I stopped impulsive shopping.. ehm, I still do it sometimes. I wasn’t passing through the best period of my life, so I decided to do something I love, a kind of an antidepressant treatment if you’d like, a very excellent one to be sincere. Blaming the zodiac here,...

#VisitCovasna

Like everybody, I dreamt about the vacation as a I child and some of my favourite memories are the trips with my grandparent at Saint Ann Lake & the bear encounters. When I was invited to rediscover Covasna along with a fun group of people, I said yes instantly. Traditional goodies, the famous “palinca”, mofettes and lots of treatments and adventures. That was my 3 day intense trip in Covasna. The road from Bucharest to St. George was a good opportunity to get to know my colleagues better, and after the first shot of “palinca” at Nobilis Potio we became instant friends. For me, which drank alcohol for the first time at 30, tasting “palinca” was an unique experience, also a first....

2 recipes for healthy and quick desserts

If you saw my Snapchat on Saturday, you should already know that I worked on two quick recipes for summer desserts. Last week I ordered from Vegis.ro a big package full of superfoods, almonds, coconut oil (and yesterday I spoke on Digi24 about the numerous benefits of the coconut oil, and you’ll see it soon on screens), cocoa, pasta and some other ingredients for fresh and new recipes. I spoke often about ice-cream recipes in several articles, but this one is truly special because it contains spirulina, an alga that at a first glance does not match a delicious dessert. Oh, my dears, we were totally wrong! This alga fits very well! If you love the taste...
