Dears, my London Fashion Week adventure continues. Today I bring to you one of my favorite outfits. Just a few elements in my composition. Simple, but very elegant, an outfit with a retro touch. Obviously I wear my favorite brand - Burberry. The key element of the outfit needs an amazing brand. Isn't it? The green sequined skirt is a handmade piece, and to die for! London Fashion Week – 2nd outfit

Dears, as I promise, today I’ll keep your attention with another photo-set made in London. The second outfit for London Fashion Week was designed in collaboration with Band Of Creators store. As previously. If you remember, the first outfit was all-black, and this time I did a step to the grayscale. The spectacular element of the outfit is the leather skirt. I completed the outfit with a digital printed cotton blouse with a halftone graphic style, which otherwise become the vibrant stain color. The two items can be purchased from the Band Of Creators store. Feedback? It certainly was. Vanilla protein shake

Dears, today I’ll teach you how to make a protein shake, which I love. In the last time I prefer to use the hemp protein (about this shake I’ll tell you in another post), and occasionally I'm using vanilla protein, because I like the taste and looks good as decoration. At a measure of protein powder (brand depends on you) put a banana, almond milk and coconut water, to become fluid and for a boost of vitamins add a teaspoon of maca. Dears, I just arrived from London Fashion Week. In a few days I’ll go to Paris Fashion Week. But until then, as you already know, I brought with me from London some interesting pictures. Bruschetta with avocado

My dears, I have always preferred easy-to-make recipes which do not give me headaches. Fortunately, there are so many that I never get to be worried. Until now I have showed you smoothies and other types of breakfast, but today I present you something salty, light, tasty and nutritious. I have used all grain bio bread with sunflower seeds from Cereal Bio, which you can find at Plafar and Carrefour bio stand. Then I added avocado paste (one mature avocado smashed with the fork topped with a bit of pink Himalayan salt).
