Why should we do this? Love means communication and intimacy. Even though we live in a communication obsessed society, in reality, the human relationships came to a point where they lost their essence and most of the times are limited to simple “smiley faces”.
People forgot the meaning of a real relationship based on sincerity, dialogue and feelings. Many consider that being transparent in the eyes of your partner, means being naked, exposed and vulnerable. But who doesn’t accept love in a sincere way can’t truly live.
Maybe it’s time to let go of fear, anxiety and selfish feelings and understand that the love bestowed and communicated through all possible means, will lead to the fulfillness of your existence
The best way to show our affection is directly through words. But these days it became easier to express ourselves on Whatsapp, Facebook or others social networks, using just emoticons that have no substance. Many of us have forgotten how romantic and personal are letters. Hand written feelings, placed in an envelope that we’ll open trembling with emotion, a letter that you’ll keep in your library forever has a lot more value. Letters are not obsolete, they are not old-fashioned and will never be out of style.
