A year ago I discovered this enchanted place from the pics of Alin Pandaru & I was very impressed. So, I took the kids one weekend on a road trip on the Transfagarasan road determined to see where’s this Lord of The Rings like home. On the outside it looks incredible, it’s still under construction but has a huge potential.

This year, when I heard that my friends from Charles & Ron will showcase their collection at the Clay Castel from Fairy Valley, I was very excited. Couldn’t wait to see how the construction evolved, but I was very curious to see the collection also.

The result was incredible! The hotel is almost ready for visitors, but even in this stage it looks spectacular. As for the collection, I can tell you that I was very impressed to see how the house’s specific graphics blended with the fairytale landscape.

Charles & Ron is a contemporary brand, from Malta, their designs are very wearable but they have a high end quality. They showcase their collections at NYFW and in Romania, at Feeric Fashion Week, because they like the locations and Romania’s vibe. Speaking about this, the next days I’ll show in premiere, here and on my social accounts, the new collection from NY.

Let me tell you more about the Fall/ Winter Charles & Ron collection.

The vibrant collection is inspired by ecclesial colour schemes and by the traditional decora- tive lights seen on a Maltese Basilica facade during mediterranean village feasts.

Silk satin dresses and fine wool capes in super feminine cuts are paired with Charles & Ron hand crafted leather bags. The new bag designs are based on the bag style that Charles & Ron had the honour to design as a gift to HRH Queen Elizabeth II last year.

 Cardinal Pink, Warm Red, and Saffron Yellow are mixed together in a contemporary colour block pattern and the signature colour Cardinal Pink,is also combined with Rich Classic Camel and highlighted with black which remains a staple in the Charles & Ron collections.
